I  also want to give a warm welcome to Patty Barnes who will be helping out with monthly lesson plans, welcome Patty!

This week we will have two shows so check back on Friday for part 2 of CHA and the 3 interviews we did with Lynne,Cat & Tommie. We had a blast meeting everyone at CHA and we hope to get to meet more polymer clay artists at the National Polymer Clay Guild Conference Feb. 21-24, 2008 in Baltimore, Maryland. We will be covering the conference and we will have 4 interviews from well know polymer clay artists to share more about the conference on the podcast August 24th so stay tuned for that.

I wanted to take this time to thank everyone who has been a part of making Polymer Clay Productions what it has become in just two short months. It is hard to believe we just launched on June 1st of this year and have had thousands of downloads and we are being listened to and watched all over the world. What an amazing ride it has been and we are ready go where this takes us. Kira and I feel very strongly about providing quality content for our audience and are working to improve the show every time it airs. For those of you who don’t know this, Kira and I have only met 3 times in person and once was when we hashed out the idea to do the show (Kira & I live about 5 1/2 hours away from each other) , the second time was when Kira and I filmed the first 6 episodes and the third time was at CHA . The first 6 episodes were filmed in pretty much one day and it was the first time Kira and I have ever worked together or filmed together. Of course we researched and read everything we could get our hands on before we got started but it has all been a big learning experience for us and we are loving every minute of itthough sometimes our husbands have to pull us off our computers since it seems like every spare minute is spent catching up, doing interviews or recording. LOL

It’s all good and we hope you will come along for the ride every Friday when we have a new show for you.

Thanks for all of your support and we hope you enjoy the show!
