I received an e-mail the other day that I thought was worth sharing with you. Mary Lamoray has started a really neat thing, where she is selling some of her polymer clay art work for $3.00. Mary explains how $3.00 doesn’t make a difference to most of us but in another country where people are starving it can make a big difference. Heck, I spend more than that on a cup of coffee at Starbucks. This is the e-mail I was sent by Mary and as you can see a little goes a long way.
Making a Difference with $3…
In this country $3 does not do very much… but in the third world where 90% of the population lives on less than $2 a day… it makes a huge difference! To quote a friend… “A trickle here can become a flood there”! This is why I am now offering an ongoing special selection of art for only $3 each. Because I want to make a difference!
I realize that most of what I’m offering is worth more than $3. But most people can afford this easily and it means quicker funds raised for others in desperate need. I do this joyfully! And if you’d like to help by telling your friends about this endeavor, I would be most grateful.
The art is available on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. If you see something you would like, please e-mail me and I will hold it for you while I await payment by either cash, check or money order. Postage is minimal.
