New Feature Added! Polymer Clay Productions now offers a Live Help Chatroom.
When we are online, the box in the right sidebar will show a “How can I help you” message. You can click on the box and start a live chat with whoever is online- admittedly, most of the time that will be Ilysa. I work a full time job right now, and unfortunately, being online to chat with other poly-clayers is not part of my job responsibility 
If we aren’t online, you can leave us a message and we’ll get back to you.
Please remember though, if you have general questions or just want to share about something, our Forum might be a better venue for that because there are more people in there to answer your question or get excited with you about a clay, or life, triumph! But we are always available if you have questions about navigating the site, getting your podcast or videocast, or a purchase, or whatever.
