If you haven’t heard about the upcoming Synergy conference that the National Polymer Clay Guild is having in February 2008, you will want to check it out. There will be so much going on and Kira and I will be covering the event as well. There will be an amazing panel of artists and there will be some great discussions going on. We spoke with Judy Belcher last night and interviewed her for next weeks episode of Polymer Clay Podcast and for those of you that don’t know, Judy is the president of the National Polymer Clay Guild. The interview was great and Judy is a blast to talk to. Judy gave us the inside scoop on who the panelists will be so make sure to listen next week to Polymer Clay Podcast when Judy announces who the panelists will be. I must say they are a very talented group and I am looking forward to hearing what they have to say. Judy has many years of experience working with polymer clay and had lots of tips to share and I am sure you will really enjoy listening to what she had to say as much as I did. I am a fan of Judy’s work and always recommend her book and DVD to anyone looking for a place to get some inspiration and learn some great techniques on polymer clay. We also have a copy of Judy’s DVD and book to give to one of you, so make sure to sign up for our newsletter and you will automatically be entered to win. You can check out Judy’s DVD at the Page Sage website. It is packed with lots of projects and in my opinion is a steal for $30.00 and has over 2 hours of content. You can find a link on the right sidebar or on the recommendations page to purchase a copy of Judy’s book as well.

Tomorrow we will be releasing a new episode of Polymer Clay TV and we demonstrate how to get started working with polymer clay and inclusions. We hope you will join us for this fun and easy technique. It is hard to believe we are already on our 11th episode and our 6 month anniversary is coming up. This has been an amazing ride and we are loving every minute of it and hope you are enjoying the show as much as we have enjoyed creating it for you. Kira and I put tons of hours into recording and producing the show, arranging and taping interviews, attending events and so much more. It is a lot of fun but also a lot of work. Kira is currently doing all of the above as well as working a full time job. Our ultimate goal is to be able to work on Polymer Clay Productions full time, but in order to do that we need your support. We are in search of someone that is great at sales and would be interested in working to help us get sponsors for the show. If you know someone or you are interested in the position, please contact us at polymerclaypodcast@yahoo.com If you are planning on purchasing a book or DVD online why not follow one of our links or recommendations, by doing so you are helping us out as our affiliates give us a small commission on anything you purchase through one of our links. We also get credit when you click on an ad you see from google ads. Of course you can always finds supplies in our shop to purchase as well. If you check out the support the show page, you can find all the ways you can help and support the show. Unfortunately there are services we have to pay for to get the podcast and videocast and make them available for you to watch and listen as well as expenses to attend events and right now they are all out of pocket. We hope that if you are enjoying the programming you will help support our efforts and the show. Thanks so much for all of your support! Enjoy the show!
