Getting Ready For The Holidays Interview This Week On Polymer Clay Podcast
Hope everyone had a nice weekend. It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving has come and gone and there is only a few days left until Hanukkah and Christmas in the USA. I haven’t bought one present yet and I am hoping to make most of my presents this year. In case you haven’t noticed we are promoting buying handmade this year. If you are planning on buying presents this year, why not Buy Handmade. There are so many talented artists and crafters and you can find a lot of them on the etsy website and you can see some of Kira and my work as well there. The Polymer Clay Artists Guild of Etsy is also a great place to find great handmade polymer clay artwork. If you want to make your own gifts this year, well you have come to the right place. Check out our archived shows for lots of ideas. You can find all our past shows by scrolling down on the right hand sidebar until you see categories, under categories you will see podcasts and videocasts and if you click on either of those it will take you to our past shows.
This week on Polymer Clay Podcast, we have another interview to share with you. We interviewed Tamara Marble and she shared a little about how she got started in her unusual business of selling her handmade canes already cured or fired. Tamara makes such fun and whimsical canes, you will want to check out her site www.designcanes.com Tamara has also given us a few sets of her canes and and one of her slicing boards to give away to one of our listeners or viewers, so make sure to come back Friday and listen to hear how you can win. We also received the first issue of Make It Mine magazine from Kalmbach Publishing and will have some of those to give away also. We will be reviewing it this Friday as well on Polymer Clay Podcast, so stay tuned.
