Polymer Clay TV Friday Linda Peterson, Kathleen Dustin & Maureen Carlson Interviews

Yesterday was kind of crazy and I didn’t get to post, I am in the process of editing the footage from CHA & Synergy and this Friday have put together some interviews and demos for your viewing pleasure. Linda Peterson shares a really cool faux turquoise technique with us at CHA, Kathleen Dustin did an interview with us at the American Craft Council show in Baltimore, MD and Maureen Carlson shares her brand new Puzzle Face Molds with us and shows us how they work. I think you are going to really love these molds if you ever wanted to get started sculpting, these make it easy to get started.

It was a real treat to see Kathleen Dustin’s purses in person, they are amazing and full of detail and she makes the entire purse out of polymer clay. Kathleen shares some of her inspiration for her purses and gives some great tips for those artists that want to be juried into fine art shows.

We have a ton of footage to share from the events we have been attending so we may slip in an extra episode of Polymer Clay TV next Friday as well, so check back to see what we come up with.

We are getting ready to draw the 2 winning entries for this months prizes, so if you have not signed up for our newsletter, now is the time as all newsletter subscribers are automatically entered to win.

Well today it is my 43rd birthday and I was thinking back at all that I have done in my life and all that I am getting ready to do and I can honestly say that I am having a blast! Life is good and I know it will just get better and better. I love waking up and sharing with all of you and all of my friends at PCAGOE. It is a great way to stay connected living out in the boonies where I can go weeks without seeing anyone other than my husband if I wanted to. I love that I can be anywhere in the world and still be connected, thanks to the internet.

Kira and I met on the internet and that meeting has changed my whole life. If you asked me a year or two ago what I would be doing, I most certainly would not have said podcasting. In fact Kira nor I had any idea how to create a podcast when we started this endeavor 8 months ago but with lots of determination and hard work, here we are. In fact you will be able to read all about how we got started in the Etsy Storque next week.

We love hearing from our listeners and viewers and take every comment into consideration so please do not hesitate to contact us. Looking forward to hearing from you!
