Polymer Clay TV This Friday & Polymer Clay For A Cause

It has been a few days since I had time to write a post. My mother has had a few strokes and has lost some vision in her right eye, so I have not been by my computer much this week. Kira had a nightmare of a move this Saturday and is still not moved into her new place because the air conditioning is not working and of course it is close to 100 degrees in south Florida.  Her new apartment building has her staying in one of the models until they fix the AC, which they are quite slow about doing. Kira also won’t have internet at home for about a week. Yikes! It has been a crazy few weeks.

This week we have a new episode of Polymer Clay TV and our topic this week is leaf caning. Kira creates really fun leaf canes and uses them to create leaf beads. Come back on Friday to see Kira in action on Polymer Clay TV.

The Polymer Clay Artists Guild of Etsy has just launched a new website and all of the sales will go to charity. The new shop is located at http://www.polymerclayforacause.etsy.com

They are also looking for donations for the shop, if you would like to donate any polymer clay items that would be great. Angela Moore is handling the shop and all the donations. You can send them to her at:

Polymer Clay For A Cause

You will be able to read more about the charity and group in an upcoming issue of Polymer Cafe.
