This Friday we have 3 interviews to share with you on Polymer Clay TV. We have interviewed Jeffrey Lloyd Dever, Mike Devine and Grant Diffendaffer. You will love hearing what these guys have to say. They all have such different styles and it is great to see so many talented guys are now working with polymer clay. This is only part 1, so stay tuned for more “Men of Clay”.

Since our newsletter went out a little late, I have decided to extend the deadline for the Holiday Gift Guide until the end of the month to September 30, 2008. So if you want to participate, there is still time. You can send your photos to us at polymerclaypodcast@yahoo.com

If you would like to send some products for us to share on the show and to give away to a lucky listener or viewer, you can send them to us at:

Polymer Clay Productions, Inc.

P.O. Box 1527

Branford, FL 32008

Make sure to include your business cards and bios.

I also wanted to share with you some great news for Angela and her polymer clay group. They have been getting a lot of press for their Bottles of Hope. I hope more people will get involved with this great cause. Check out the website for more details and to watch her video.

Polymer Clay Podcast # 72 – some of the men of Polymer clay

There are several men involved in polyclay these days, and we happen to have interviews with them from Synergy in Feb ‘08. Jeffrey Lloyd Dever, Mike Devine, and Grant Diffendaffer are three that you’ll meet next week (possibly a fourth if the footage fits! or, we’ll show his work another time…)

There are other men involved with the clay, for example you can see an interview with Tommy H. in our video archives, and hear Seth Lee Saverick in a discussion about Synergy late last year. Just search them on our site to find the info.

Don’t forget- please vote for our biz, and check out the Books and Stuff page for a link to Grant’s book- check out how he treats clay almost as if it were metal or wood and carves it with mechanical tools.

See you next week at PCTV!

So now you can click on the sidebar, where you see a bunch of pictures and join our community. This is a place where you can ask us questions, share you latest work or classes. We look forward to meeting you! Here is a direct link:

This is your chance to help us out, we have been producing shows every week since June 2007 and have had so much fun doing it. We have entered into the Start Up Nation entrepeneur contest in the most innovative category. I heard about the contest on the Wall Street Journal small business podcast and they said that some of the winners from last years contest had so much traffic to their website it crashed their servers. Not that I want our servers to crash but it would be nice to get the traffic and for more people to discover polymer clay.

We have been told by some of our listeners and viewers that they discovered polymer clay from listening and watching our show, how cool is that? Polymer clay is such an awesome versatile medium that you can make almost anything out of it. If we win this contest it would definitely put polymer clay on the map!

Thanks so much for voting! Don’t forget you can vote once a day until the end of September.

Make sure to come back Friday to listen to Polymer Clay Podcast.
