Be in our Book!
We are going to be celebrating artists who are part of Polymer Clay Communities around the world. The focus of the book is individual artists, the guilds and communities they belong to, and how they have been affected by them. Any polymer clay guild will be acceptable- for example, the IPCA, or the PCAGOE and communities such as Flickr and Etsy. We want to hear from you!
Submissions will be taken starting now and will end sometime this summer when we feel our deadline approaching.
When you fill out the form below, please be accurate. Double check your name and website url.
File size limits for uploads is very small-for your submission, we want to see a small photo for each category- around 300px. If your photos are too large, the system will tell you that you have exceeded the limit. If you are chosen for publication, we will send you instructions for you to submit large-resolution photos suitable for printing.
With the number of submissions we expect, we know that not everyone will make it into the book. We are looking for engaging stories, interesting studios, and great tips-n-tricks. We will include as many as we possibly can. You will be contacted after June 1 with the status of your submission and our expected publication date. Those published in the book will be given a chance to purchase a copy at a substantial discount below retail.
Your How-Tos (short tips-n-tricks) will be grouped in several places throughout the book, and you will be credited. * Please note that it is not mandatory to submit a how to to be included.*
Topics we are looking for include:

Selling your work- both online, and at shows/etc
Teaching polymer clay classes
Running/working with a local guild
Studio set-up, organization, decorating
Web 2.0 for polymer clay/mixed media artists

Please entirely fill out the form below, including photos. Total file size must be under 3meg, so keep the photos small, for now. By submitting this form, you agree: Polymer Clay Productions, Inc. may use the information and photos provided by you, including likeness of you and members of your polymer clay guild and your artwork, in book format, for publication in a book about Polymer Clay Guild Members around the world. Photos and stories remain your intellectual and creative property and will not be used for anything outside of the book publication.
