We talk a bit about making faux wood- a nice, masculine project for Father’s Day which is coming up in June in the ’states. Next week be sure to come back for a little demo, and see how easy it is to create simple faux wood using a marbling technique. Then use your cutters and a little liquid clay and create inlaid finesse….

We also talked with Stacie, the current Editor of two of Stampington’s quarterly magazines, Art Doll and Artful Blogging. She has some things to say about how to get published, so be sure to listen!

****Sorry, itunes listeners! I had some trouble loading this episode, but we’ll fix it on Friday!!! Thanks for bearing with us!****

Well its official the Crafted Online website is up and running. We are working to add tons more tutorials and classes, so check back daily as we will be updating them as they come in. I have a bunch sitting in the inbox that I am listing today. There are some awesome projects in a variety of mediums. Have fun cruising the site. http://www.craftedonline.com

I just wanted to share some of the photos I took in the Polyform booth while at CHA in Feb. I love the design of this little trunk. There is a photo of Donna & Iris as well. I thought I had a lot more photos but could not find them.

This weeks topic on Polymer Clay Podcast will be Faux wood and next Friday on Polymer Clay TV we will show you how to create your own. Enjoy!
